Refund Policy

How returns and refunds work for Buna House coffee.

Coffee is a perishable product. Once shipped, sealed bags cannot be returned for safety reasons.

If your coffee arrives damaged in transit, defective, or stale, we will replace it at no cost. Email founder@thebunahouse.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Subscription orders can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time before the next renewal date with no fee.

Full refund policy will be generated from Shopify's template once connected.
